Here’s what happens when you work with AQ Masonry LLC, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough, and what we do at each step to make sure the work lasts.

What to expect
01
Free on-site visit
We walk the property with you, take measurements and talk through how you want to use the space. We also check grade, drainage, soil and access for equipment, because those decide how the project needs to be built and what it will cost.

3D design & itemized quote
We model the project in 3D with the paver lines, colors and layout you’re considering, so you can compare options and approve the design on screen. The quote lists the work and materials line by line. For typical price ranges before the visit, see our patio, walkway and retaining wall cost guides.

Professional installation
Our ICPI and Techo-Pro certified crew excavates to the depth the soil and project require, compacts the aggregate base in lifts, sets pitch for drainage and installs to manufacturer specifications with Techo-Bloc, Unilock, Cambridge and Versa-Lok products. We keep the work area clean as we go.

Final walkthrough
When the work is done, we walk the finished project with you and go over care and maintenance. Every project is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty, and AQ Masonry LLC is fully insured.

How do I get started?

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site visit, 3D design and quote are free, with no obligation.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and our schedule. Spring and early summer fill up first, so it helps to get your estimate and design done early.
What if it rains during my project?
We schedule around the weather. Excavation, base work and joint sand need dry conditions, so we’ll keep you updated if the forecast changes the plan.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every project is backed by our 3-year workmanship warranty, and AQ Masonry LLC is fully insured.
