Pool Retaining Walls, Steps & Walkway in Watertown, CT
Failing timber walls around a raised pool yard, replaced with curved block retaining walls, block steps up to the pool gate and a new paver walkway.
The project
What we built
The pool area sat on a raised section of yard held up by old timber walls that were rotting and leaning.
We replaced them with curved segmental block retaining walls with caps, and built block steps between the walls up to the pool gate.
Along the fence on the other side of the house, a new paver walkway with a dark border and a rounded end runs beside a gravel bed.
